3 You can add a paper guide plate at the second knife or reduce the speed or replace the paper with better breakage;

4 On the printing slotting die-cutting machine, when the carton is slotted, the cardboard easily hits the die-cutting roller, which will cause the cardboard to vibrate when the carton is slotted, resulting in tearing of the slotted opening. When the printing machine is inspected, it does not appear big. Once the carton is formed and the cardboard moisture is evaporated, the notch starts to burst. Therefore, it is necessary to install a paper-carrying device on the die-cutting roller;

5 It is also possible to add two sets of paper rollers in the slotting part. In the normal production process, the two paper rollers can stably convey the cardboard, and the paperboard jumping can be reduced during the slotting process to prevent the cracking of the slotted opening. Ensure that the carton is more precise and smooth;

6 The paper guide rod of the slotted knife seat plays a role in the slotted cardboard. If the height difference between the paper guide rod and the slotted lower knife is too large, the cardboard can not be supported during the slotting process, and the jitter is increased. If the beating is large, it is easy to break the slot, and the paper guide is to ensure the smooth transfer of the cardboard;

Three: It is recommended to change the round knife.
